The PLAZA Tirana is looking for experienced candidate in the Front Office Department
For the startup of our new 5-star hotel in Tirana, we are seeking to hire for the following positions:
CONCIERGE AGENT
This position requires eexperience in the same role for at least two years in 4/5 star hotels, preferably run by international hotel chains.
Main requirements for this position:
To have essential customer orientation "high demanding"
Excellent interpersonal skills
Ability to work in a team
Flexibility and dynamism
The willingness to work in shifts
Ability to work under pressure
Propensity in application and maintaining the high standards of service of the company
Fluent knowledge of Albanian, Italian and English, written and spoken,
Mastery of the package "Office"
The research is aimed at candidates that highlight also problem solving skills, time management, accuracy and propensity on selling.
We offer highly formative experience in structured design 5 star hotel.
