Hiring Full-Time Customer Service Representative for E-Commerce ( NOT a call center or telesales job)
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES
-Handles incoming customer service calls, emails, and chat
-Processes orders
-Up-sells products
-Processes returns and refunds
-Tracks orders to customers and verifies delivery
-Performs site audits to ensure products match descriptions and pricing
-Prepares customer service reporting logs to improve customer experience
SKILLS/REQUIREMENTS
-Should have excellent verbal and written ENGLISH
-Experience of at least 6 months of customer service.
-Professional Skills Outgoing personality with the ability to interact with customers in a courteous way.
-Must have a sense of urgency and service focus
-Excellent computer skills, including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
-Must be meticulous and detail oriented
-Ability to work independently
-Effective prioritization and time management skills
-Must have a passion for on-line shopping
Technical Skills
-Must be internet savvy
-E-Commerce experience preferred
-Woocommerce & Zendesk experience is a plus
