2.Key responsibilities


Managing the day-to-day operations of the office
Coordinate assigned projects, follow up the projects’ progress and brief the supervisor accordingly;
Updates project data without delay in all applicable documents or company systems;
Reads and screens incoming correspondence and reports, makes preliminary assessment of the importance of materials and organizes documents, handles some matters personally, and forwards appropriate materials to the executive and staff.
Receives and screens incoming calls and visitors, determines which are priority matters, and alerts the executive accordingly. Makes referrals to appropriate executive staff or provides requested information;
Organize and schedule meetings and appointments in proactive manner, participates in business meetings, and define priorities.
Take active part in preparing and editing, reports, forms, memos and power point presentations as per needs of the Division.
Preparing document towards suppliers, subcontractors and other commercial divisions ‘ contracts related issues
Perform all related commercial tasks within SAP such as: order entry, project cost, invoicing according to the Telekom Albania guidelines;
Providing quality customer service and positive relationships with customers, subcontractors, suppliers, and colleagues.
Promotes business development by projecting a positive image of Telekom Albania during interactions with employees, clients, subcontractors, and suppliers ;
Make travel and guest arrangements and all other duties as assigned by the supervisor


3.Job requirements

University


Degree in business, marketing, public relations or related field preferred; /or University Degree

Experience


2-3 years of experience in a progressively responsible position with the administrative support field required

PC Skills


very good command of Microsoft office package

Competencies/ soft skills


Very strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships with stakeholders, including staff, board members, external partners and donors;
Project Management Skills and strong Business Acumen,

Language skills


Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize work
