HR MANAGER
Our client is a well-known European company,involved in Albanian energy sector.Quality leadership and development of the people represent cornerstones of their strategy and success in different countries. In order to improve former state owned operations the company is, among others urgently seeking for a HR Manager.Their successful expansion towards South East Europe gives you the opportunity to join extraordinary professional environment with proven record of business success.
The successful candidate is expected to:
Plan, Develop and implement strategy for HR management and development .
Develop the HR assessment system in cooperation with the executive team.
Ensure activities meet with organisational requirements for quality management, health and safety, legal stipulations, environmental policies and general duty of care of public exposed infrastructures.
Monitor, measure and report on HR issues, opportunities and plan achievements within the agreed formats and timescales.
Manage HR department and control personnel costs of the company within the agreed budgets.
Liaise with other functional/departmental managers so as to understand all necessary aspects and needs of the HR development, and to ensure they are fully informed of HR Objectives.
Maintain awareness and knowledge of best practice in HR development.
The successful candidate has Economics/law and/or MBA specialised in HR Management or Industrial Psychology or Personnel & Organisation.
3+ years hands-on experience in managing people of different grades and backgrounds preferably within International firms.
S/he has to be proficient in Albanian and English, German knowledge is considered an advantage.
The HR Manager is task oriented person with excellent organization and presentation skills. S/he is self driven and independent person with a lot of commitment and open mind. Further requirements are problem solving ability, analytical thinking, proactive and positive attitude toward people.
