Apartamenti ka vetem 3 vjet qe eshte ndertuar, pjesa me e madhe e mobiljeve jane blere para pak ditesh, eshte i sapolyer dhe i rregulluar. Zona eshte nje zone e qete, me shume gjelberim, me ambjente te pershtatshme per te luajtur femijet si dhe gjendet ne nje pozicion shume te favorshem. Eshte vetem 5 minuta ne kembe nga inxhinieria e ndertimit dhe 8 minuta ne kembe nga universiteti "Zoja e Keshillit te Mire". Kerkohet nje muaj depozite dhe preferohen familje. We're renting an apartment of 80 m2 which has a nice spacious living room with a fully furnished kitchen, a room with a double bed, cupboard etc. The apartment has also a small space to store boxes and stuff like that. It's fully furnished and most of the furniture is new (like the fridge, the washing machine, most of the equipments in the bathroom). The apartment was built only 3 years ago, it has been renovated only a few days ago, newly painted and had some small fixes done. It's located in a quiet area with lots of green spaces and playgrounds for children and it's only a 5 minutes walk away from the Engineering Faculty and 8 minutes away from the "Nostra Signora del Buon Consiglio" University.
