Balkan Sport ltd is the official distributor of the well-known sports brands adidas and Reebok and also owns the retail chain stores Intersport in Albania.
Vacant position - Brand Manager
Currently we are looking to hire a Brand Manager for one of our sports brand.
Main responsibilities:
· Communication and reporting maintenance on regular basis with the brand principals
· Monitors and implements the marketing strategy according to the brand calendar in close cooperation with the marketing department
· Works closely with the marketing department for the store’s windows and in store communication applications and monitors the in-store presentation of our brands in terms of stock and merchandizing
· Designing and creating activities and incentives which would suit the market’s needs in the most efficient way
· Acts as a liaison between the brands, store managers and key accounts for pre-ordering and reordering on products to ensure healthy stock and optimized assortment in-store
· Periodic reporting to the management team and brand principals in terms of the market outlook, brand performance and forward planning
· Monitoring market trends and identifying potential areas to invest in
Successful candidates would have:
· Bachelor or master degree in Business Administration, Marketing or related fields from a renowned university of international standards
· Be able to work in a team and independently
· Be able to work effectively and under pressure
· 1-3 years of experience in sales and/or marketing brand activities.
· Computer literacy (MS Excel)
· High command of English
