Head of Customer Service Department
Role
Plan, co-ordinate and control the activities of the customer service team (call center, subscription, vetting etc) to maintain and enhance customer relationships and meet organizational and operational objectives.
Duties
Develop and implement customer service procedures
Identify and implement strategies to improve quality of customer care and service while increasing customer retention, handling customers’ complaints etc
Ensure the necessary resources and tools are available for quality customer service delivery
Skills
Excellent management, communication and organizing skills
Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office package
Excellent knowledge of English (written and spoken)
Excellent analytical skills
In-depth knowledge of customer service principles and practices and customer experience as well
Very good knowledge of CRM system
Able and willing to work in team
Experience
At least 5 years of previous job experience in Customer Service managerial position
Education
University Degree
