International Commercial Bank is operating in Albanian Banking Industry for more then 19 years with a qualified staff. It is a stable bank and is part of ICB Financial Group Holding AG. Presently, the bank is looking for a candidate for the vacant position of "Reporting Officer" in Head Office, Tirana city. Criteria for this position are mentioned below:
JOB TITLE: Reporting Officer
REPORTS TO: Head of Finance&Accounting Unit
LOCATION: Tirana, Albania
PURPOSE STATEMENT:
Ø To prepare different reports and provide financial services
MAIN DUTIES&RESPONSIBILITIES:
Ø Prepare the Statutory reports for Bank of Albania and other reports on a monthly, quarterly, half yearly and annual basis.
Ø Address and resolve all queries on statutory reports
Ø Check daily operational entries and ensure transactions are properly recorded and entered into the computerized accounting system.
Ø Reconcile Balance Sheet Items on daily / monthly basis and ensure proper balancing of GL accounts
Ø Assist Head of Unit with the annual year-end external audit.
Ø Assist Head of Unit with ad-hoc reports and analysis
Ø Assist with the resolution of external and internal audit findings.
Ø Prepare and process every month different payments for third parties
Ø Provide support to other department members internal or external when required for various daily financial services or matters arising
CRITERIA FOR THIS JOB PROFILE:
Ø Holds a University degree in Economy.
Ø Minimum 2-3 years of experience in Banking Industry, Finance Department, Reporting area.
Ø Has very good knowledge of accounting policies
Ø Very Good command of English language
Ø Very good command of Microsoft Package
Ø Very good analytical skills
Ø Work as a team with colleagues and superiors
Ø Shows attention to details and accuracy
