Brand and Budget Specialist
Duties
Establish and update budget expenses according the approved budget
Manage invoice data in SAP system through PO & PR procedures;
Follow up MarCom expenses and forecast monthly budgets according budget approved;
Provide monthly reports with updated MarCom expenses;
Follow up signing procedure of MarCom agreements with other Departments;
Establish new updates of the MAF, approved procedure of MarCom
Skills
Very good communication skills
Fluent in English
Good interpersonal and analytical skills
Experience
At least 1 year of experience in similar field
Education
Bachelor Degree
