Administrative Assistant
For our client, an international professional services firm operating for many years in Albania, we are urgently seeking an energetic Administrative Assistant to join their team.
Duties:
Performs general clerical and reception duties
Creates and modifies various documents using Microsoft Office.
Maintains Outlook calendar(s) in current and accurate status.
Coordinates meetings and conference calls as needed or anticipated.
Coordinates travel arrangements as needed.
Answer phones promptly and uses good judgment to prioritize the distribution of messages in a timely manner.
Prepares meeting materials and assists with the development of PowerPoint presentations.
Performs all other related duties as assigned.
Requirements:
Business vocational school education/ University degree in Business Administration, Marketing or related fields
2+ years of administrative support experience with increasing responsibility required
Very good English skills, both written and spoken
Very good Microsoft Office skills
Excellent communication skills
Previous experience in a client focused environment preferred
Bilingual /French or German is a plus
Core Competencies:
Strong attention to detail, time management and organizational skills required.
Must have the ability to multi-task in a fast paced and deadline driven environment.
Must be able to maintain professionalism and a positive service attitude at all times.
