Cloud Services Specialist
Duties
Partner with solutions sales specialist within a designated territory and act as the technical point of contact for customer opportunities.
Ensure revenue quota, deployment, and service objectives are met while maintaining a high level of prospect and customer satisfaction.
Develop and implement cloud sales strategies to help ensure Company's objectives are met.
Present Company solutions and technical proposals to prospects and customers
Direct the gathering of architecture, design, and presentation of solutions to meet the customer's needs through workshops and other activities
Research and write the responses to technical sections of requests for information (RFIs) and requests for proposal (RFPs)
Support pre-sales workshops, demonstrations, proofs of concepts, evaluations, and benchmarks
Work hands-on with Company cloud solutions
Skills
Strong organizational skills; able to manage priorities and workflow
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Outstanding customer service skills
Ability to work independently and as a member of various teams
Superior interpersonal skills, including the ability to interact in a professional manner with manager and teammates during periods of high stress and tight deadlines;
Ability to multitask and work effectively, both independently and in teams, ensuring timely completion of assignments and meeting established quality standards;
Strong commitment to quality standards, dynamic learning, and continuous performance improvement;
Experience
Minimum 6 years of IT experience
Minimum 4 years of experience leading technical delivery on complex implementations
Must have previous experience in Cloud Architecture/Network Engineering
Education
Bachelor of Science or Masters in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology or similar
