Megatek S.A., the biggest Do-IT-Yourself wholesale and retail hypermarket in Albania, is currently looking for a potential candidate for the position of On Line Supervizor.
Role Title: On Line Supervisor
Job Status/Type: Full Time Employee
Report to: Marketing & Online Sales Director
Location: Tirana, Albania
Purpose of Role: Follows up and is responsible for all communications that are related on line and impact on the brand image.
Job Responsibility:
Lead the strategy, development, execution and optimization of paid digital efforts, including display advertising, mobile.
Analyze and report on customer behavior insights to improve mekateksa.com.
Manage e-mail marketing programs, lists, imports, and permissions.
Conduct landing page and e-mail promotional campaigns.
Coordinate online sales and marketing events.
Develop and write digital content and maintain content publishing editorial calendar.
Integrate online activities with off-line marketing communications plans to ensure plans provide optimal business support.
Drive development and management of digital co-marketing and co-branded partnerships with distributors and partners.
Develop creative briefs to give the internal creative team and agencies clear direction
Manage agency and vendor relationships to ensure any outsourced work is consistent, high quality, cost-effective.
Ensure digital design is optimized for branding, impact, SEO, web development, etc.
Comply with Regulatory routing, documentation and archiving standards.
Identify opportunities for applying new technologies, digital products and services to online campaign.
Job Requirements:
Digital copywriting, design, content marketing, and written communication skills.
Excellent interpersonal, organizational, oral and written skills required.
High-energy and displays positive energy in team dynamic.
Degree in marketing, digital e-commerce, or related field.
Minimum 3-4 years of progressive digital marketing experience required, including ecommerce experience.
2 years of digital communications project management experience.
Computer literate (Microsoft package).
Fluent in English.
