Field Collection Agent
The Field Collection Agent shall be responsible for particular tasks related to the debt collection services that the company is providing to different institutions/customers.
Position Profile:
· Works of the field on the territory of Tirana and from time to time on the entire territory of Albania;
· Performs visits to debtors with the purpose to distribute documents and/or messages;
· Performs precise and professional communication with the debtors;
· Works based on pre-determined procedures;
· Has flexible working hours including Saturday.
Candidate Profile:
· High school degree is required;
· Good interpersonal, negotiation & communication skills;
· Ability to work within tight deadlines;
· Knowledge of the area of Tirana (streets, neighborhoods, different locations);
· Age over 30 years old;
· Previous experience as field collection agent will consider as an advantage.
