[*=left]Should be able to translate their technical knowledge into actionable direction.
Skills
[*=left]Knowledge of Windows based operating systems, server configuration, and integration
[*=left]Commitment to excellence and high standards
[*=left]Strong organizational skills; able to manage priorities and workflow
[*=left]Excellent oral and written communication skills
[*=left]Outstanding customer service skills
[*=left]Ability to work independently and as a member of various teams
[*=left]Superior interpersonal skills, including the ability to interact in a professional manner with manager and teammates during periods of high stress and tight deadlines;
[*=left]Ability to multitask and work effectively, both independently and in teams, ensuring timely completion of assignments and meeting established quality standards;
Experience
[*=left]Troubleshooting hardware issues and network components
Education
[*=left]Associate degree in Computer Science or a related field
