Executive Assistant
Duties
Facilitates the CXO workload through coordinating and arranging the agenda and meetings.
Prepares and reviews documents/reports by collecting and analyzing information upon request of the CXO.
Maintains confidence and protects operations by keeping information confidential
Prepares different documents and/or e-mails upon request of the CXO
Responsible for calendar management, requiring interaction with both internal and external parties.
Screen incoming phone calls and maintain an updated contact list.
Prepare expense reports, meeting agendas, correspondence, memos etc.
Skills
High level of written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to interact with people at all levels in the Company.
Very good knowledge of Albanian and English languages
Knowledge of MS Office package
Highly organized, strong attention to detail, attention to confidentiality, flexible, initiative and good at multi-tasking
Available to work overtime when needed
Experience
At least 1 year previous experience
Education
Bachelor Degree
