JOB TITLE
Construction Manager
GENERAL DESCRIPTION FOR THE POSITION
Construction Manager has to guarantee that the construction works will be executed and to meet the quality targets
Main Responsabilities
- Estimate the required resources for the execution of the construction activities;
- Estimate costs that will be incurred to undertake the construction activities;
- Assist in the identification of the required permits for the construction activities;
- Prepare the requisitions for needs for human resources, materials and machinery & equipment;
- Monitor & control the execution of the construction works and activities;
- Assess the project progress against the approved baselines;
- Monitors & controls the risk triggers and is responsible for implementing the response emergency plans;
- Reviews the construction strategy in order to comply with the project progress.

Experience and Qualifications
A 5 year (Masters) university degree in Engineering Science;
A minimum of 15 years of experience in national and international projects;
Experience of infrastructure or utilities construction projects; especially linear developments (e.g. roads, railways, pipelines, power transmission lines);
Strong commend of English.
