Job position: Sales Manager

Department: Sales

Location: Head Quarters



Summary: The incumbent will be under thedirect supervision of the Deputy CEO – Sales and Commercial and will perform the followingduties:



Duties and Responsibilities:

1. Performs sales activities allocatedaccounts and negotiates sales price and discounts in consultation with theDeputy CEO;

2. Assists in supervision of the salesclients database;

3. Assists in formulating new salespolicies, practices and procedures and ensures that in place policies arefollowed;

4. Interprets short and long-term effectson sales strategies in operating profit;

5. Collaborates with the Head of SalesDepartment and Finance Office to establish and control budgets for salespromotion and trade shows;

6. Screening of incoming and outgoinginformation and sales figures;

7. Drafts official documents, e-mails andother sales and financial communications;

8. Co-ordinates with other Departments,including Procurement and Logistics Unit and Finance Department ensuring asmooth transaction of all sales activities;

9. Maintains regular contact with allcurrent customers and assists in identifying potential new customers;

10. Prepares weekly reports on salesactivities and distributes to respective reporting lines.

11. Performs other duties as required.









Qualifications and Skills:


- Education: Completed University Education inMarketing/Business Management;
Formal education in Sales and/orMarketing or other related field desirable;

WorkExperiences: Minimum4 years sales experience;Experience in Finance/Administration and in a dynamic working environment ishighly desirable;



- Additional qualifications and skills:



· Experiencein handling export practices and sound co-ordination skills;

· Excellentoral and written communication skills in English and Albanian;

· Very good communication and interpersonal skills;

· Customer care oriented personality;

· Experience and ability to work under pressure and withinlimited timeframes;

· Goodnegotiation skills, ability to work independently and with minimum supervisionis of paramount importance;

· Abilityto operate all Microsoft Office applications, including word processing,PowerPoint, Presentations skills and e-mail;

· Ability and willingness to work with people of differentmanagement levels and backrounds while maintaining impartiality andobjectivity;
