Albanian HR Solutions l.t.d. is a company providing services in Executive Search, General Search & Recruitment, Career Management and Consulting based in Tirana (AL).
We are looking for a potential candidate for the position of:
Human Resources Manager (Senior Level)
Role: The goal is to promote company values and enable business success through performance management, training & development, employment cycle changes, talent management, and facilities management services.
Responsibilities and Duties:
· Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall company strategy.
· Support current and future company needs through the development, engagement, motivation and preservation of human capital.
· Develop and monitor overall HR strategies, systems, tactics and procedures across the organization
· Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance
· Assess training needs to apply and monitor training programs
Qualifications and Requirements:
· At least 5 years working experience as HR Manager.
· Education , preferably in Business Administration
· People oriented and results driven
· Excellent active listening, negotiation and presentation skills
· Competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company.
· Excellent knowledge of English language.
· In-depth knowledge of labor law and HR best practices.
