Customer Experience Expert

Role

This position is responsible for assisting all Commercial Teams by supporting them in their CUSTOMER related strategies facilitating in decision taking with analytical reports, market researches, competition analysis and customer experience trends. Orientating the company to the needs and behaviors of our customers.

.Duties
· Coordinating and scheduling sending’s of all Marketing, Sales, Marcom, PR, Customer service and performing them on convenient BTL channels.
· Prioritizing sending’s and re-arranging their Target Group when it is necessary.
· Preparing Bulk Sending Analysis and Bulk Sending Schedule report and sharing with related teams.
· Coordinating Customer Relation Management Projects. (CRM)
· Modeling the customers based on their value and behaviors.
· Preparing periodical Performance reports which help the Commercial Teams to take marketing actions.
· Lead collaboration with the Customer Marketing team to develop long term customer/brand strategies that are incorporated into the Company's Strategic Business Plan and Customer Vision
· Defining the analysis requirements of all Marketing, Sales teams for their strategies and preparing those analyses.
· Providing analytical reports to related teams based on their requirements using Business Objects /Business Intelligence Tools.
· Coordinating the developments on the Business Intelligence tools based on marketing requirements
· Presentation of analysis, reports and insights to internal teams periodically.
· Monitors and reports on performance of new products and services

Skills

· Excellent communication and organizing skills
· Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office package
· Excellent knowledge of English (written and spoken
· Excellent analytical and presentation skills
· Deep-dive knowledge of the communication market trends and key players
· Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills, ability to build strong professional networks
· Able and willing to work in team

Experience

· At least 3 years of previous similar job experience.
· Marketing /Product Services Experience is Preferred
Education

· University degree in Economy or Related areas.
