2.Key responsibilities
Coordination of commercial services requests for B2B services
Study, design and implementation of Network Services related to ICT, cloud and M2M domains for Business Customers
Technical Project management for the end to end implementation and delivery of B2B domain services
Study and implementation of upgrades, expansions or enhancements of existing Network elements related to B2B segment services
Preparation of work-orders & purchase orders for new changes/implementations in the relevant Network elements.
Coordination of Synergy projects within Cosmote and DT Group
Preparation of KPI/reports for the offered services & solutions
Any other duty assigned by the Department Manager
3.Job requirements
Education
University Degree in Electronics, engineering
Experience
At least 2 years’ experience in this field
PC Skills
· Data network equipment
· IP networks signaling
· Telecommunication network basis ,Knowledge on Cloud technologies
Competencies/ soft skills
Good communication and presentation skills. Ability to work in team
Language skills
Very good English knowledge.
