Albanian HR Solutions l.t.d is a company providing services in Executive Search, General Search & Recruitment, Career Management and Consulting based in Tirana (AL).
We are looking for a potential candidate for the position of:
Treasury Manager
Roles & Responsibilities:
• Understand, manage, and supervise all aspects of company's cash flows;
• Forecast daily cash requirements and anticipate challenges arising from limited cash flows;
• Provide support in defining long-term and short-term investment strategies;
• Review and recommend changes to the investment policies based on the market conditions;
• Prepare and monitor company’s various cash flow forecasts and perform financial modeling;
• Establish and maintain short-term credit availability, including revolving credit agreements and commercial paper programs.
• Maintain correct estimate of cash balances;
• Report on company’s exposure to financial institutions, propose improvements and solutions regarding securities available;
• Monitor strictly expiry dates and take actions in due time for renewals of financial instruments;
• Report and monitor specific payment arrangements between company and third parties, follow ups on execution;
Requirements:
• Bachelor degree in Business or Finance required. Master’s degree in Business or Finance preferred.
• At least 7-10 years of progressive experience in Accounting with a strong
emphasis on the Treasury function;
• At least 2-3 years of management experience.
• Excellent command of English language.
Skills & Qualities:
• Knowledge of investment portfolio products, banking, and financial instrument;
• Must have strong analytical/quantitative skills and experience with a multi-site organization;
• Experience in building complex financial models to evaluate various financial plans;
• Experience in leading, coaching and developing staff;
• Internally motivated to seek out answers, generate ideas, and develop new skills.
