CCBS is looking for a potential candidate to fill the vacancy for:
Junior Sales Analyst
Plans distributor’s orders according to reimbursement scheme and ensures to monitor their warehouses in days bases.
Main responsibilities:
1. Prepares daily orders for distributors.
2. Fills in the modular and reports it to the warehouse/transportation company of the office ensuring that they are done accurately and timely.
3. Informs daily distributors for their financial situation and delivery
4. Coordinates the exchange of information between the CCBS and the distributors.
5. Produces daily sell in report based on the information taken by distributor.
6. Monitors the warehouse net and produces the monthly out of stock reports and sends them to interested parties
7. Elaborates, monitors and archives all the documents regarding to the sales department as reports from area managers and internal communications
Skills and qualifications:
1. University Degree in Economics or related fields
2. Minimum one year of experience in similar position
3. Excellent written and verbal communication skills and strong team work
4. Strong Analytical skills
5. Able to manage stress and flexible
6. Customer Oriented and Positive Attitude
7. PC literate (Fluent with MS Office packages), advanced knowledge in Excel
8. Knowledge of English and Italian
