Përgjegjësitë:
Develop and maintain Web, Desktop and Database Software according to company needs in compliance with company standards and procedures.
Responsible for developing and managing IT systems Systems (CRM, BUS, Billing Systems, DMA Radius, ERP Systems, WEB, WEB Portal etc) such as Provisioning, Charging, Payments, Invoicing, dunning, Mediation, BUS integration, Web sites, Web Hosting etc
Manage, develop and administrate IT Systems, react quickly for any kind of failure into IT Systems (CRM, BUS, Billing Systems, DMA Radius, ERP-F5, WEB, portal etc)
Manage and analyze efficiently all new services for postpaid customers in order to implement correctly those changes into IT System
Analyze communicate, produce specification and manage correctly all internal requests and for new services regarding IT Systems Systems (CRM, BUS, Billing Systems, DMA Radius, ERP-F5, WEB, portal etc)
Run and Supervise processes, and system messages of IT Systems (WEB and Desktop) in order to have optimal performance and optimal processing of daily and monthly activities
Control logs, control error, messaging and system alarms recourses
Manage IT Systems (WEB and Desktop) user accounts based on company procedures and forms.
Develop and administration of IT processes, including criteria for ongoing data management.
Manage users & access controls, application customization, data rules/assignments and workflow into mediation systems.
Report all security and IT issues to the IT Support to ensure that user access is in line with job functions.
Develop software scripts, perform system testing and document results for new changes in IT Systems.
Responsible change implementation and product configurations in test and live systems
Responsible for elaboration, analysis and documenting of changes requests related to IT systems
Produce reporting, build customized reports and define/build analytic reports for IT systems.
Profili:
Degree in Computer Sciences, Computer Engineering, Informatics or Information Systems
Knowledge on WEB/Desktop/Database programming and Database administration
Good Knowledge of Linux and Unix base Systems
Basic knowledge C, C++, Scripting on LINUX/UNIX and Windows Platforms
Good Programming Knowledge in PHP, UML, HTML, XML, API’s, JAVA, MYSQL, SQL Server etj
Good Knowledge in web hosting and web master.
Basic principles of RDBMS (MSSQL , SQL Server etc)
Flexibility, confidentiality, team working, learning capability and good communication skills.
Fluent spoken and written English.
