Job Title: VAS & B2B Product Manager
The jobholder will report to Head of Department and is responsible for:
• Identify P&S that best fit with company’s objectives for obtaining competitive advantage in the market.
• Be updated regularly to technologies and mobile industry (and telecoms industry in general) evolvements, aiming to secure “first in market” advantage for the company, since in planning phase.
• Be responsible for the end-to-end development, implementation, launch as well as the final quality of the provided propositions.
• Coordinate cross functional teams for obtaining a solid plan of P&S deployment.
• Perform market research and identify the most suitable partners for our products.
• Establish and maintain relationships with foreign vendors and service providers.
• Follow up the P&S performance through their lifecycle making sure that the quality & performance KPIs are on track.
• Initiate the undertaking of corrective actions when P&S performance does not meet objectives, ensuring that impact on business is measurable.
• Consult and integrate functionally with Customer Service, Sales, Finance, IT, and Legal when implementing propositions, identifying clearly Roles and Responsibilities.
• To work with the Marketing Communications to provide timely and clear launch brief for any new proposition and determine key customer messages.
• Provide periodically feedback and report on feasibility status of new projects.
• Provide input on budget planning and reports and in-depth analyses for each of the projects that is responsible of.
• Prepare written and verbal high-quality reports, integrating feedback from all projects’ stakeholders.
Position Requirements:
• Previous experience in Value Added Services, Business2Consumer and Business2Business products and services areas, Consumer and Business marketing experience, specifically in product development (Previous experience in Telecommunication Industry will be considered an key advantage),
• University Degree in Business Administration, MBA or masters degree will be considered a plus,
• Experience in matrix management & cross functional interaction,
• Excellent analytical and strategic skills,
• Very good interpersonal and influencing skills,
• Knowledge in Microsoft programs,
• Fluent English (written and oral),
