5 star Hotel chain in Dubai Fujairah looking for Thai sous Chef
Preferable Nationality: Thai Nationals Only
Minimum 3 years’ experience in 5* hotel with Multi Culture Cuisine
Preference for candidates who have HACCP certified
Must have managed busy operations with a large brigade of chefs with multi-culture
Certificate of Achievement with new style / modern buffet
Kitchen experience with a good interaction skill with guest
Maintain a safe and hygienic kitchen environment and ensure that staff adheres to strict food
hygiene standards and Health and Safety regulations
Salary negotiable/- per month
