5 stars Hotel in Doha looking for Wedding Sales Manager
A minimum of 5 years experience in the groups/events department of a 5* international hotel.
•Must be well spoken and with a strong presentation skills.
•Fast decision maker with Numerical ability and able to play with pricing and number when required.
•Generating profitable new business, meeting revenue target, increasing client base and obtaining market intelligence in order to be able to proactively target key clients.
•Ambitious, target driven and trend-setting manager
•Displays a high level of integrity and professionalism to both colleagues and Clients
•Able to lead a team of 4 catering team members
Your job responsibilities will include, but not limited to the following:
•Hospitality Graduate or equivalent qualification.
•A strong back ground in C&B sales, group sales & event management.
•Good command of the English language and attention to detail skills.
•Innovated & proactive.
•Computer skills Knowledge of Opera Sales & Catering
•Knowledge of the local events market is a plus.
•Ability to identify key accounts driving group and conference & banqueting revenues in the hotel.
•Strong organizational and negotiations skills.
•Primary function to negotiate and contract non-residential business for Executive Meeting rooms and Ballroom
•Languages are preferred.
•Maybe required to work additional hours to meet the demand of our business and the clients.
•Team player / People management skills.
Minimum 3 years experience in 5 star Hotel chain
Salary To 9000 Qar -10 000 Qar accommodation ticket medical insurance food etc
