Sales and Operations Consultant in Tourism Sector
Zbulo has an immediate opening for a flexible English-speaking consultant with previous experience to join our small but fast growing busy team. This is a entry level position with prospect to develop to a deeper involvement with the company, please apply only if you intend to work with us for at LEAST two years. We encourage our team to be active and seek adventure, and we frequently offer staff opportunities to travel and experience our trips.
The applicant is a detail-oriented problem-solver with high self-motivation, enabled to learn new skills and work independently, also at odd hours, and are without fear of asking questions to learn. He or she should be able to handle interruptions like client calls and frequent changes of focus to actively work on multiple tasks at any given time.
Next to general office tasks you will be responsible for managing supplier relationships and client inquiries from the time of first contact to post-departure follow-up. Adaptability is important to keep up with a fast-paced role and a small but growing business. The flexibility to learn a variety of tasks and back up team members when needed is key as well!
Travel experience, a passion for outdoor activities and knowledge of German and/or another foreign language are bonuses.

Duties include:
Operations (Back-Office)
Source and provide rates from suppliers in Albania and abroad (hotels, drivers…)
Book, organize and ascertain any required services
Pay for services, collate paperwork and update accounting information
Add new bookings into the system, update and keep track of them
Add new supplier information and keep all existing contacts updated
Review trip notes and feedback on suppliers to create an annual summary
Sales (Front Office)
Handle sales inquiries via email or on the phone with excellency
Prepare trip proposals and pricing information
Coordinate with suppliers and other team members
Invoice services and keep track of payments
Log all required services in the booking system
Send out all pre/post-departure documentation
Meet and brief clients in person
Gather feedback and follow-up after departure
Necessary Skills Required for the Role
Minimum of 2 years work experience preferably in a sales and/or customer-service oriented position, expect a fast-paced multi-tasking office environment
Sound time management and organisational skills
Excellent communication skills - written and verbal
Good interpersonal skills
Seasoned computer usage
High energy, positive "can do" spirit and strong team ethic
