2.Key responsibilities
First line support of the operational tasks, failures in Order Management & CRM platforms.
Operate & Maintain CRM Provisioning Applications.
Supporting the new product & service request as part of the team.
Follow up, test and implement the Changes
Other duties as per job responsibilities.
3.Job requirements
Education
Electronic Engineer, Computer Science or Exact Science University diploma.
Experience
To have good knowledge of the provisioning systems, Telekom Albania or other similar companies
PC Skills
· Good knowledge of Oracle database, SQL scripts as well as Windows XP Operating System.
· Knowledge on reporting tools (Crystal Reports or Oracle Reports or Query Reports).
· Good knowledge of mobile telecommunications services
Competencies/ soft skills
Good communication and presentation skills. Ability to work in team
Language skills
Very good English knowledge.
