JOB TITLE
Sales Manager
GENERAL DESCRIPTION FOR THE POSITION
Sales Manager supervises and coordinates the activities of customer service staff, stock and inventory workers, cashiers, and sales associates.
Main Responsabilities
• Managing and motivating a team to increase sales and ensure efficiency;
• Responding to customer complaints and comments;
• Touring the sales floor regularly, talking to colleagues and customers, and identifying or resolving urgent issues;
• Providing and organizing training for the new sales staff;
• Coaching the performance of the store employees;
• Dealing with staffing issues: conducting appraisals and performance reviews;
• Taking care the look and feel of the internal and exterior appearance of the department;
Qualifications and Skills
Education: University Degree, preferably in business related fields
Work Experiences: At least 5 years of working experience in a relevant assisting position
Additional qualifications:
Languages: Excellent oral and written communication skills in English and in Italian
Computer skills: Very good knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
Excellent organizational and coordination skills
Ability to quickly acquaint to new situations
Ability to maintain confidentiality
