Business Segment Team Leader
Purpose of Position
To provide market differentiating tariff propositions of Business segment in both mobile and fixed services, with target to acquire new customers, eventually drive up the usage and consequently to maximize revenue growth.
Duties:
• Design and execute business revenue enhancement programs in mobile and fixed services.
• Monitor and manage revenues across multiple channels.
• Be responsible for the end-to-end development, implementation as well as the final quality of tariff propositions.
• Determine the value of a product to a very narrow micro-market at a specific moment in time and then chart customer behavior at the margin to determine the maximum obtainable revenue from those micro-markets.
• Review post pay customers, revenue contribution and optimization schemes.
• Develop the tariff propositions roadmap in both fix and mobile.
Skills:
• Excellent analytical and strategic skills;
• Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office package;
• Very good knowledge of English language
• Willing to work under pressure
• Able and willing to work in team
Experience
At least 3 years of previous job experience in same field.
Education
Bachelor degree in Business Administration or related fields
