Job Description

To ensure that the communication between Head Office, branches and third parties are efficient, fast and reliable.
To accept all incoming documents in the reception and distributes them to the appropriate destination by taking the signatures of the persons who take over the document.
To answer telephone and provide the appropriate information to callers.
To take and relay messages to the respective branch or person called.
To direct visitors to the appropriate destination.
To maintain a list of the phone numbers of BKT branches and Head Office.
To communicate with cultured (educated) and comprehensive tons.
To characterize by a polite behaviour in any kind situation, reflecting a dignified appearance during the official working hours.
To inform the supervisor about problems that occurs during her working day.
To make the identification of all persons, staff, visitor or customers entering in the bank.
To perform the data recording of incoming and outgoing mail to outside the country. To follow the ongoing process of shipments abroad.
To show responsibility in the correct application of official working hours.
To carry out correctly the duties assigned in various cases of emergency as fire protection, etc.
To perform other duties assigned by Department Manager.

Skills & Qualifications

University diploma
Preferable to have experience in this field.
To possess knowledge of computers and relevant software applications.
To have professional personal presentation.
To have verbal and written communication skills.
To be reliable, communicative and attentive to details.
To manage the information received and forward it in proper form.
Be able to work overtime as required by position.
To have good command of English language (Turkish will be an asset).
