NOC Specialist
Duties
Real time alarm monitoring and initiate troubleshooting process for all the GSM, Fix and IT Networks, System and equipment.
Notify all related parts for all the faults via Phone, e-mail and Trouble ticket.
Establishes crisis calls and calls in the appropriate staff and management when necessary.
Provides a shift handover for the oncoming shift and managers.
Skills
Good knowledge of English (written and spoken)
Good knowledge communication skills
Able and willing to work in team
Ability to work under pressure and panic-free
Education
University Degree in Telecommunication, Computer Science, IT
