FOR OUR CLIENT, AN INTERNATIONALLY RECOGNIZED COMPANY OPERATING IN THE “HOSPITABILITY” SECTOR, WE ARE RECRUITING SKILLED PROFESSIONALS TO COVER THE FOLLOWING POSITIONS IN OUR OFFICE IN TIRANA:
“SENIOR WEB DEVELOPER”
Develop web applications and manage a team of web developers; provide strategic technical vision.
MAIN TASKS:
• Defines the objectives of application software, analyzing user needs and proposing structure of systems and application functionalities.
• Design and develop user interfaces for internet/intranet applications; set priorities, defining tools and design methodologies by completing design, development and applications test activities.
• Proposes system solutions, analyzing advantages and disadvantages of customized development and commercial products purchasing (make or buy).
• Integrates applications by designing database architectures and server scripts: studies and implements solution for network and mobile connectivity.
• Manages applications development by coordinating team activities, taking into account the specifics and project budget. Ability to solve development and production problems on multiple environments and operating platforms.
• Creates users supporting tools through development of documentation and assistance tools.
• Updates professional knowledge on new technologies Internet / intranet and applications: searching for and participating in educational opportunities; reading sectorial publications, taking personal relationships with colleagues, participating in groups and professional organizations.
• Collects and takes charge of enhancement requests coming from the company, in addition to search them independently.
• Supports the team of web application developers by providing technical advice, coaching and training opportunities.
SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS:
• Web User Interfaces design.
• Web applications development: web interfaces design; PHP, C#, VB.NET, Dbase, SQL languages, Web Services and communication protocols (HTTPS, SOAP,...)
• Mobile Applications and Software Architecture development
• Object-oriented design (OOD)
• Good communication skills both verbal and written.
• Good technical and problem solving skills.
• Excellent English language skills, both oral and written.
