Duties
Achieve quantitative and qualitative targets as set by the company
Promote & develop customer satisfaction
Analyze customer’s communication costs, suggest the right solution to reduce them, explain our various products and services to customers
Generate sales opportunities by identifying appropriate business targets
Skills
Customer oriented person
Excellent communication and negotiating skills
Very good knowledge of Microsoft Office package
Excellent knowledge of English (written and spoken)
Valid driving license
Willing to work under pressure
Available to work overtime and weekend when necessary
Experience
At least 3 years of previous job experience in same field.
Education
Bachelor degree
