Position Profile:
§ Communicates politely and effectively with debtors or customers from different regions and different profiles for different purposes (sales, info, collection);
§ Working upon predefined procedures for, implementing strategies and instructions;
§ Completed minimum secondary school.
Candidate Profile:
§ Excellent PC skills (Ms-Office)
§ Good interpersonal & communication skills
§ Dedicated, loyal and result-oriented
§ Ability to prioritize tasks
§ Good knowledge of English (verbal and written)
