We are seeking to recruit: Credit Data & Reporting Senior Specialist

Direct Reports to: Head Credit Administration Sector

Job Purpose: Carry out development, monitoring and reporting processes for loan portfolio


Main Responsibilities:
• Develop key performance indicators and statistical models to monitor the performance of bank loan portfolios.
• Critically evaluate information gathered from multiple sources, reconcile, and decompose detailed information into high-level reports and graphs.
• Support data information needs for the Business Lines.
• Preparing credit reports for loans under recovery process:
– NPL’s portfolio management
– Legal status portfolio management
– Restructuring loans portfolio management
• Familiarity with databases.
• Drive and challenge business units on their processes to enhance efficiencies.
• Develop requirements specifications according to standard templates.
• Collaborate with Risk Division to:
1. Reconcile the Credit Registry reporting and helping Risks during Risk’s validation of Credit Register reporting
2. Establish a tracking system for collateral verification.
• Continuous improvement of the portfolio summary and reporting.
• Take the lead on various projects related to the systems reporting
• Performs an active role leading the credit summary process.
• New developments and implementations related to CBS regarding credit administration issues:
– Follow up the problematic related to the CBS, i.e. reporting of the issues, gap analysis;
– Implementation of new credit products in the system, i.e. gap analysis between the new product requirements and the current functionalities of the CBS to support the product implementation and suggestions for further enhancements;
• Timely and adequate reports on post disbursement conditions status;
• OVD expiration monitoring in accordance with the procedure in force.
• Daily, weekly, monthly reports by management and department requirements.
• Any ad hoc duties that may be required from time to time by the supervisor
The ideal Candidate should have:
• Very good knowledge / understanding and compliance with lending policies and procedures.
• Good knowledge of English (written/oral)
• Good verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to plan and organize self and team as well as persistent in following the daily tasks.
• Ability to accurately check
• Efficient team worker.
• Extremely proficient with Microsoft Excel and Access
Criteria to be fulfilled:
• University Degree in Economic Sciences
• Credit activity
• 2 years of experience with CBS
