Retail Outlet Keeper/Operator
Job Description :
Manages the companies outlet shop serving employees and outside buyers by entering and controlling in the system the selling data , cashing and
keeping track of inventory of the outlet and maintaining merchandising standards as applied by the company .
Responsibilities :
• Orders products in the warehouse for the outlet needs
• Checking & Entering of ordered invoices in the system
• Selling of products in the outlet
• Managing the expiry dates of the outlet products
• Managing the damaged products of the outlet
• Delivering of the cash turnover to the cash desk daily
• Reporting monthly the outlet turnover to the Managing Director and to the Finance Director.
Minimum Qualifications & Requirements :
• High School Diploma with minimum of 2 years’ experience in retail/outlet area
• Minimum 2 year experience as a cashier/retail operator
• Understanding of Accounting and Warehouse practices
• Precision of speed and accuracy in data entry
• Attention to detail & numerical practices / very good organizational skills
• Medium verbal and written communication skills in English
• Good MS office knowledge
• Previous knowledge Finance 5 system
• Good communication skills
