Intro
- This is an exciting opportunity to join the BSS Division in the highly important role of Billing Operation Specialist.
Duties
- Execute invoicing cycle procedures.
- Execute invoicing monitoring reports. Provide solutions on erroneous data.
- Analyze and resolve customer complaints through CRM ticket system.
- Execute system health check reports.
- Build and execute reconciliation reports on systems application data.
- Monitor system logs and alerts.
Skills
- Advanced knowledge in Oracle, MS SQL Server, Linux, Telco protocol (Diameter, Camel, Radius)
- Fluent in English
- Good interpersonal, analytical and problem solving skills
Experience
- 1 year of experience in IT industry related to systems and applications operational management. Experience in telecom industry is preferred.
Education
- Bachelor in Computer Science or similar
