Hello :) My name is Ermal from Tirana. I am the owner of a spacious apartment for a couple at ' Nente Kateshet' walking distance from the center of the city. The apartment is furnished and consists of a living room , bedroom, kitchen , washroom , store room and a balcony .The view from the balcony is amazing. The building is new and the apartment is on the 5th floor. There are parking lots under ground. I would like to rent it out to foreigners and would be willing to assist them for anything they need. The rent is 300 euros a month .
