CCBS is looking for a potential candidate to fill the position of:


Chief Company Controller

Job Purpose: Provide management with a framework on operations in terms of costs and revenues. The position will be play an important role in the monitoring and reporting in compliance with Albanian Law in force and Company policies designed to govern the complete, accurate and timely recording and reporting of the Company’s financial activity.

Main duties:
• Work with department managers to develop short term and long term business plans for the company.
• Based on annual approved budget, and monthly sales forecast to prepare the monthly P& L budget and monthly cash flow.
• Prepare monthly Financial Statements for internal purposes. Monitor and analyze monthly operating results against budget
• Prepare financial analysis for contract negotiations and product investment decisions.
• Maintain a system of controls over accounting transactions.
• Prepare annual financial statements and related notes in compliance with IFRS. Provide all assistance needed for the external audit.
• Responsible for the reconciliations with the TCCC at year end.
• Establish and maintain an organizational structure to effectively accomplish the department's goals and objectives.
• Manage the Accounting System in use with the main focus to maximize the reporting efficiency

Skills and qualifications:
• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Finance.
• Master in Finance or Accounting.
• 3 to 5 years of professional work experience (Internal Audit, or Accounting experience requiring knowledge of IFRS)
• Must have high levels of initiative, critical thinking, problem solving and collaboration skills
• Strong control orientation
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills;
• Strong communication (oral and written), interpersonal, presentation and organization skills required
• Excellent knowledge of English (Italian knowledge would be considered an advantage)
• PC literate (Fluent with MS Office packages, advanced excel)
