CCBS is looking for a potential candidate to fill the vacancy for:
TECHNICAL MANAGER
Technical Manager ensures the functionality of bottling lines and blowing with routine maintenance, extraordinary, preventive and predictive. He will ensure the functionality of bottling lines and blowing in order to meet consumption and costs agreed in advance with the management.
Roles & Responsibilities:
• Contributes to the efficiency of production facilities through the implementation of all the activities of ordinary and extraordinary maintenance
• Program operations at plants in relation to the useful life of machine parts and production needs
• Care commissioning of new plants and ensures prompt intervention in the event of failure by identifying the best solutions for the continuation of production.
• Verifies compliance with the operation rules of the plant and the safety standards of the staff in order to prevent potential failures and accidents due to driving errors
• Maintains close contact with the internal functions of production and with external suppliers in order to ensure the continued development of the production cycle.
• Help and manages the maintenance team to ensure that policies, procedures and activities to achieve business goals.
• Allocates the resources allocated in relation to the needs of electrical work, mechanical and electro-instrumental
• Collaborate in the evaluation of new investments in the production lines.
Skills & Qualifications:
• Bachelor in Engineering; Mechanical, Electrical, Electronic
• 5 years of experience as in maintenance, preferable in production
• Good communication skills
• Team work orientation and motivation skills
• Good knowledge of Italian and/or English language
• Good knowledge of computer skills
