CCBS is looking for a potential candidate to fill the vacancy for:
Operations Planning and Reporting Manager
Responsible for planning and reporting production activities, while ensuring that all resources are being fully utilized and maximize the use of equipment, production staff and space. The Production Planner has to effectively organize the necessary workers and to execute a job plan that will keep production running on schedule.
Roles & Responsibilities:
• Planning and reporting production activities.
• Sets production goals, timetables and budgets.
• Working out what materials, supplies and equipment are needed to meet production goals and ensures that these goals are met.
• Oversee availability (raw materials and capabilities) and coordinate interplant raw material support.
• Evaluating the production process, and writing reports on production results
• Maintain/improve production planning tools and processes.
• Prepare production reports and distribute to sales, customer service, account managers and senior management.
• Preparing and reviewing various operations reports on a periodic basis.
• Coordinate with the Sales team in order to receive input regarding upcoming orders and forecasts of customers needs for pending orders to be released according to the production schedule.
• To coordinate the efforts of raw materials supply, forecasting, supply planning, and the execution of a production plan
• Liaise with the Logistics Department on a regular basis to maintain an efficient raw material pipeline.
Skills & Qualifications:
• Bachelor Degree in Economic, Business or Engineering
• At least 3 years of experience of planning/reporting role in a fast moving environment, experience in a food manufacturing setting is an asset.
• Must have a strong analytical mind set with a keen eye for detail and the ability to problem solve.
• Excellent administration and communication skills
• Strong planning and organizational skills
• Very good knowledge of English and/or Italian
• Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint)
• Report generation in Excel
