Gener2 is seeking to recruit a candidate for the position of:
ANTI-BRIBERY AND COMPLIANCE OFFICER
Purpose
The primary focus of the position will be to support the development, management, and monitoring of all aspects of the Sanctions and Anti-Bribery Programs, in accordance with Company policies and governmental regulations and guidance.
Job Description
The main activities of the Anti-Bribery and Compliances Officer are:
• Ensure all relevant Project Management Security Policies and Procedures are in line with ever changing legislation and recommending amendments where necessary.
• Analyze requests for pre-clearance of personal political contributions and fundraising activities to reasonably ensure compliance with applicable pay to play rules.
• Investigate reports generated by Surveillance to determine whether employees obtained required pre-clearance, providing education and referring for discipline consideration as appropriate.
• Field inquiries and provide advice to field personnel concerning the firm’s political contribution pre-approval process as well as other anti-corruption controls.
• Supporting the development and implementation of a business appropriate Sanctions program.
• Review, disposition, and document flags, exceptions and monitoring activities on a timely basis.
• Monitor legal and regulatory requirements related to Sanctions and anti-bribery/corruption requirements, as well as guidance from regulators.
• Advise Compliance Management of new and pending laws, regulations, regulatory changes, and emerging risks that potentially affect the business.
• Contribute toward the development and maintenance of compliance policies, procedures and guidance/tools related to Sanctions and anti-bribery and corruption.
• Participate in the compliance testing and monitoring program with respect to compliance with Governmental Sanctions, anti-bribery and corruption policies and procedures.
• Participate in annual review of the efficiency and effectiveness of the transaction monitoring processes and recommend necessary and desirable changes.
Requirements
• Bachelor Degree on Legal Studies;
• Over 5 years of experience in the area.
• English Language is a must;
• Very good knowledge of albanian legislation on construction and anti-mitigation.
• Very good communication skills;
