Albanian HR Solutions is a company providing services in Executive Search, General Search & Recruitment, Career Management and Consulting based in Tirana (AL).
The company is a joint group of experts in the Human Resources area.
We are looking for a potential candidate for the position of Technical Manager/ Maintenance Manager
Duties and Responsibility:
Contributes to the efficiency of production facilities through the implementation of all the activities of the maintenance;
Programs operations at plants in relation to the useful life machine parts and production needs;
Cares commissioning of new plants and ensures prompt intervention in the event of failure by identifying the best solutions for the continuation of production;
Maintains close contact with the internal functions of production and with external suppliers in order to ensure the continued development of the production cycle;
Allocates the resources in relation to the needs of electrical work, mechanical and electro-instrumental;
Ensures compliance with technical and design in terms of safety and the environment;
Attentive to Details and good follow up skills.
Requirements:
Experienced in the Maintenance field, in a management role for a minimum 5 years
Must have demonstrated superior Leadership skills in previous experiences.
Very good knowledge of English language and Italian.
Graduated with University degree in a Electromechanical or Mechanical Engineering field.
Should be able to articulately and explain his/her management style, problems successes, failures & programs.
Requires very good communication skills, both verbal and written.
Very Good planning and prioritizing skills.
Must possess good computer skills including ECAD.
Must have basic knowledge of building codes.
