Position: HR Recruiting Specialist


Job Location: HR Department –Head Office


Summary:

Under general supervision, plans and implements recruitment process. Processes new employee applications. Provides information to employee concerning internal ruler, using TM card, policy/procedure, etc. May provide job placement note to another step of HR Department . May administer various testing programs.


Job Responsibilities

Plans and implements employee recruitment activities for company.

· Develops recruitment strategies and makes appropriate recommendations to managers and supervisors. Works cooperatively with the Head of Department on employee recruitment.
· Prepared a recruitment plan for new opening unit.
· Coordinates recruitment material mailings.
· Properly maintains and up-dates a recruitment mailing list.

Processes new empoyee applications and related information.

· Inputs employee name and address into the employee information system according to established procedures. Updates name and address changes as needed.
· Monitors processing to ensure that all necessary documents are processed in sufficient time for enrollment without delay, identifying and correcting problems as they arise.
· Applies appropriate internal procedures and processing methods to best accomplish the application process. Recommends appropriate changes to policies and tests new procedures.
Coordinates the Post-Secondary Training Program and dual enrollment in sales area.

· Coordinates with administration staff regarding time of work and check in time this process
· Provides input using learned knowledge of program area to store staff on needs, topics, activities and materials.
· Sends necessity information to management store for movement of personnel, for holidays of staff, for uniform of staff,

Administers various testing programs for all job position in the store
· Provides accurate instructions on testing and answers questions in a courteous manner.
· Conducts testing methods according to established guidelines.

Assists with the design and execution of special events, projects and activities as requested.
· Readily assists with special events, projects and activities.
· Shares information with other departments regarding activities in a timely manner.

Skill and Profile
· Bachelor's degree in Social, Psychology Science University.
· Excellent oral and written communicative skills
· Interpret, apply, and explain rules and procedures;
· Maintain effective relations with officials, superiors, peers, subordinates, and employees;
· Coordinate work with other departments and staff;
· Work independently and responsibly in the absence of specific instructions;
· Gather and analyze data, and prepare reports and make recommendations
· Work under frequent job pressure generated by short and inflexible deadlines;
· Deal tactfully with discourteous or irritated callers;
· Effectively organize and maintain employee, applicant, test
· Learn and apply computer programs to office functions with minimal instruction
