CCBS is looking for a potential candidate to fill the vacancy for:
Sales Analyst
This position is responsible to prepare and control in monthly and yearly bases the sales forecast according to the company objectives and performance. Ensures to inform the report to all interested parties.
Main responsibilities:
1. Prepares Sell in / Sell out monthly budgets based on Business plan and commercial department policies
2. Send Daily/Weekly statistics to Company as per decided procedures.
3. Prepares the weekly stock report and sends it interested parties.
4. Keeps in touch with production to make sure quantities are produced based on needs
5. Preparing Monthly BR Materials
6. Prepared data for distributor monthly reimbursements
7. Confronting weekly performances from stock and send differences to distributors
8. Controls stock performances in CCBS and Distributors warehouse informing production for OOS
Skills and qualifications:
1. University Degree in Economics or related fields
2. Minimum one year of experience in similar position
3. Excellent written and verbal communication skills and strong team work
4. Strong Analytical skills
5. Able to manage stress and flexible
6. Positive Attitude
7. PC literate (Fluent with MS Office packages), advanced knowledge in Excel
8. Knowledge of English and Italian
