We are seeking to recruit: Cards&ATM Specialist
Job purpose:
Responsible for the operational activities regarding debit and credit cards and ATMs.
Direct Reports to: Head of Cards&ATM Department
Main Responsibilities:
· Receives and Controls all debit cards and credit cards applications
· Processes all debit and credit cards applications on the application system
· Receives and delivers the PINs to the branches and follows up the delivery
· Provides requested information to the Head Office and Branches regarding debit and credit card operational matters.
· Supports and controls the process of blocking, re-issuance and other modifications of debit and credit cards
· Supports the Branches and clients on cards issues and resolves operational problems and customer complaints that cannot be resolved at the Branch level.
· Manages the settlement of dispute requests for transactions made using cards issued by the Bank in the other banks network of POS’s and ATM’s as well as dispute requests for transactions made by cards issued by other banks in the Bank’ ATM network.
· Participates in fraud prevention related to payment cards issuing and acquiring.
· Supports the Sector by performing all other tasks assigned to him/her
The ideal Candidate should have:
· High level of communication skills
· Cooperation / Team Spirit
· Good analytical skills
· Initiative
· Adaptability
Criteria to be fulfilled:
• 1year of Banking experience
• Good knowledge of English
• Good knowledge of MS Office
