Tring Communications (ASC), the first triple play provider of telephony, Internet and TV. As the company is growing we are looking to fill the position below:
Customer Care operator various shifts
Very good computer knowledge;
Excellent communication skills;
University degree is a plus
Ability to provide written information clearly and effectively
Receives customer phone calls and aids them with fixing service problems;
Monitors the system;
Forward unsolved problems to technical staff;
Provides feedback to supervisors, managers, colleagues and the client
Prepares daily reports about customer concerns
