Duties & Responsibilities
· Test and ensure that all payments systems are processing according to the requirements.
· Identify needs for improvements and forward them to the responsible parties.
· Evaluate all payments related developments passing from Development to UAT environments and make required tests.
· Make Quality Control for all developments passing from Development to UAT environments.
· Verify that system(s) meets performance criteria.
· Identify configuration problems if any and report them to branches or responsible department.
· Follow up the issues, supply the requested information to the third party provider and make sure that the suggested modifications are implemented on the system.
· Responsible to daily operations and monitoring logs of all Payments Systems.
· Assist third parties to solve the issues with Payments.
· Advise end users regarding program techniques and design.
· Maintain technical documentation, users' manuals or applications documentation
· Assist users and departments to solve any issues or train them to use systems and applications
Qualifications
· At least 2 years’ experience in banking sector or software/system development or implementation
· Knowledge in programming is appreciated
· Good Knowledge of complex databases such as Oracle, MS SQL Server.
· Able to work in team and willing to put up to team.
· Very good command of written and spoken English is essential.
· A Bachelor University diploma in one of following branches: Computer engineering, Informatics, Electronic engineering, Computer Science.
