For our Client a respected international company in the field of ICT solutions and systems integration, we are looking for the following position based in Tirana, Albania:
SALES ENGINEER
JOB DESCRIPTION:
As a member of our proactive, customer oriented sales team, which offers continuous education and development and working in an international environment, will be responsible for the following activities:
Establishing and maintaining new and existing long-term relationships with customers;
Managing and interpreting customer requirements;
Persuading clients that a product or service will best satisfy their needs;
Negotiating tender and closing sales by agreeing terms and conditions;
Offering after-sales support services;
Coordinating sales projects;
Providing pre-sales assistance and product education;
Liaising with other members of the sales team and other technical experts;
Providing training and producing support for other members of the sales team.
Managing the local office in Albania and logistics.
SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS:
University degree in technical sciences (IT, telecommunication or electronics) or business administration/finance;
Excellent communication, team working, and presentation skills;
The ability to build relationships with clients quickly;
Sound judgment, proactive, problem solving skills, and good business sense;
Willingness to travel frequently in Albania and periodical travelling to Kosovo and Macedonia;
Experience with project management;
IT basic knowledge and administration basic knowledge is a must;
2-3 years’ work experience;
Fluent English, driving license.
